At PA Trend Cart, we are committed to providing quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please review our policy below before making a purchase.

1. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer

  • Items without original packaging

  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

3. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Incorrect (wrong item received)

If you need an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery on our email stated below.

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase

  • After this time, orders may already be processed and cannot be canceled

7. Shipping Policy

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–15 business days (depending on location)

  • Delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or courier issues

Important: Please ensure your shipping details are correct. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost:

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery (or expected delivery date)

  • Provide photos (for damaged items)

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
